deposit at the time of booking to confirm date and time. All published schedules, cruise types and prices are subject to change.
Guests on public cruises can cancel up until 24 hours prior to the scheduled trip with no penalty. Within 24 hours of a scheduled trip, if a guest
has to cancel, s/he will forfeit one-half of the total ticket price. Guests on private cruises can cancel up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled trip
with no penalty; within 48 hours of a scheduled trip, a guest who cancels will forfeit their deposit. ** HOLIDAYS are different: the policy
extends to 48 hours prior to the departure time for ALL GUESTS.
We reserve the right to cancel any trip at any time. Causes for cancellation include but are not limited to current or forecast unsafe weather
conditions or mechanical issues on the vessel. In the event we cancel a trip, guests may reschedule, or may receive a full refund if any
monies were collected. We also reserve the right to end any trip before its scheduled completion time for any reason, at the vessel captain’s
sole discretion. Sorry, no refunds for any trip lasting longer than 45 minutes.
If guests have ordered any catering, they will be required to pay for it (and should plan to pick it up and eat it!)
We respectfully request that all children under the age of 7, or who cannot swim, wear a vest-style life jacket which we will provide.
The Captain’s decisions and authority are final. We will not tolerate any behavior which is offensive, or which could jeopardize the safety of
the guests, crew or vessel.
For large private groups, a 10% gratuity may automatically be added to the ticket price.
